On offer is a fantastic base of a tusk of an adult Woolly Mammoth, in excellent condition. This is the tusk piece where it attached to the animal's skull, hence the hollow part. This tusk base is of beautiful colouring of mainly brown, white and gold, and with stunning patterning. Judging from the circumference this would have belonged to a large tusk of a male mammoth. A matt finish has been applied to this piece, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish. The black-and-white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.

Presented on a custom-made stand of natural wood and ready to display.
