On offer is are a very rare partial tibia of a European Hyena (Crocuta) from the Pleistocene era. This fossils is in partial condition, but otherwise in good state of preservation, as seen in the images. No restoration whatsoever. Fossils from Pleistocene hyena are very rare. Wonderful piece for the specialized collector. The black-and-white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
