On offer is a wonderful half tusk of an adult Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. Although this is a partial tusk, it is still in good condition, as seen in the images. This is the middle part of the tusk, the tip and base are missing. This tusk piece is of beautiful ivory of mainly white, gold, brown, grey and black colouring and with truly stunning patterning. Judging from the size, this would have belonged to an adult male mammoth. Fantastic piece. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
