On offer is a good skull with the bases of two hornpits of a Pleistocene Wisent, the predecessor of modern day American and European bison. Stunning condition and fabulous item. A remarkable item which will surely make for a wonderful display piece! Delicate fossils like this are rarely found intact and this has also been repaired from the two original halves. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
