On offer is a partial lower jaw of an adult Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era with a good and large M3 molar still locked in the jaw tissue. The piece is in good condition, as seen in the images, with the molar surviving in wonderful condition, and many details of anatomy beautifully preserved. No restoration whatsoever. Judging from the size, this must have come from a fully grown adult animal. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
