On offer are a beautiful ulna (or elbow bone) and a tibia (shinbone) of a baby Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. These pieces are very rare, being from a baby Mammoth, and survive in excellent condition, as seen in the images. The ulna and tibia are among of the mammoth's most impressive bones. Just like that of humans, they were located in the animal's legs and thus had to support the animal's massive weight, including that of its enormous tusks. The black-and-white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 in.
These fossils have been legally exported from Russia and are accompanied by all appropriate paperwork.
