On offer is a fantastic tusk or tooth of a Hippopotamus from the Pleistocene era. This fossil belonged to an adult animal and is in fantastic state of preservation, as seen in the images. No restoration whatsoever. Incredibly rare piece, wonderful for the specialized collector. The black-and-white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
