On offer is a fantastic upper jaw of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era with two M3 molars still locked in the jaw tissue, with good chewing surfaces. The piece is very well preserved and still includes part of the upper skull including an aveole, into which the tusk was inserted, as shown in the images. This belonged to an adult female Mammoth. Highly recommended piece. No restoration whatsoever. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
