This wonderful lower jaw belonged to a juvenile Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. As seen in the images it still includes the two M2 molars and the previous two M1 molars locked in the jaw tissue. Interesting to see how the M2 molars replaced the M1 molars. This will make a great conversation piece but is also truly a museum quality piece suitable for the beginning and experienced collector. Wonderful state of preservation, with many anatomical details beautifully preserved, as seen in the images. Interestingly, the piece includes wolverine bite marks.
Presented on a custom-made stand with black finish and ready to display.
