On offer is a beautiful piece of tusk of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. This tusk piece is in excellent condition, as seen in the images. It is of beautiful colouring of mainly gold, brown, black and white ivory, and with stunning patterning and a good curve. Judging from the circumference this would have belonged to a juvenile mammoth. The black-and-white section of the ruler represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
The custom-made wooden stand with black finish is included and makes this a truly monumental and highly displayable item. Not just an object of great age and rarity, this is also a work of art in itself and makes a great display piece. Much more beautiful in the flesh than the photos can convey, and highly recommended.
